What can I wear?

Anything comfortable you would wear to the gym! Try not to wear too many layers or constricting clothes. Jeans are permitted as long as they do not have rhinestones, rivets, buckles, etc that could damage the trampolines.

What age do I have to be to go to the park?

  • If you can walk, you can bounce!

Do I need a special type of shoe/sock to jump?

Yes, we require all bouncers to wear socks with rubber grips on the bottom. We accept these from any other trampoline park, provided they have grip on the bottom and are in good condition.

If you do not own a pair of bounce socks, or yours need to be replaced, ours are $2/pair per guest. You only need to purchase them once and can bring them back for subsequent visits!

Are the socks reusable?

Yes! Just make sure they are clean before you bring them in again the next time and don’t have any holes in them!

Can I bring in outside food or beverage?

Unfortunately, we do not permit outside food or beverage. If you have booked a birthday party with us, you are permitted to bring a cake, cookie cake, or cupcakes. This only applies to officially booked birthday parties, we cannot permit cakes for walk-in parties.

Do I need a reservation to bounce?

No! We accept walk-ins from the general public. However, if you want to have an event or birthday party you do need to make a reservation.

Can pregnant women bounce?

We do not have a policy against bouncers who are pregnant but we do strongly recommend consulting with your doctor before you bounce.

Can our family bounce together?

Absolutely! Although, we do try separate bouncers based on size and age for the safety of all of our guests, this includes dodge ball games!

  • All guests who are accompanying toddlers ages (1-5 or older) must also purchase a sticker and socks.

Are there other things that we can do together?

Yes! We have many activities you can do as a family which include the foam zone, basketball, games, the zip line, bumper cars, and the hamster ball.

What happens if I lose my coupon or 10 One Hour Pass?

Unfortunately, lost coupons or 10 One Hour Passes cannot be replaced.
